This Hopeful World Privacy Policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit our Web site and register for our digital experiences. Please read this notice carefully.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to provide you with lessons and access to our classrooms, we need your Email address. We may also request your name and for you to designate a user name and password. Hopeful World does not collect any other personal information that you do not expressly provide. Hopeful World will never sell, rent or share your personal information, including your Email address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. Hopeful World may share your personal information for the purpose of delivering Email to you or as required by law.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We use Authorize.net to process payments. Authorize.net will collect your credit card and billing information for the purpose of processing payments. We do not store that information in our records.
USAGE INFORMATION
In addition to collecting personal information, Hopeful World may also collect non-personal, aggregated information about how visitors use the Hopeful World site. This information is not personally identifiable and will only be used to find out how subscribers use our service and site. For example, this information will tell us how much time users spend on our site, from which other sites visitors came, and to what other sites subscribers go. The collection of this information allows us to among other things prepare for traffic load demands and provide you with a great classroom experience.
PRIVACY OF MINORS
Our Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 and are not directed to anyone under that age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of 18. Please do not register with Hopeful World if you are under the age of 18.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Every email we send to you will provide you with the option to unsubscribe. Please note that if you choose to unsubscribe, this could cancel your subscription/registration to a class/reflection series.
TRACKING
Like most sites, Hopeful World makes use of browser “cookies.” Cookies are small text files placed on your computer’s hard disk by our server. They allow us to quickly check your status as a subscriber and facilitate access to your preferences. Hopeful World will never use cookies to retrieve information from a computer that is unrelated to our site or services.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
As part of the service, Hopeful World may create links allowing you to access third party sites. Hopeful World is not responsible for the content that appears on those sites and does not endorse these sites. Please consult those sites’ privacy policies in order to determine how they treat user information.
Hopeful World also may share Personal Information with third parties when we have partnered with them to deliver a specific transformational experience for our users. In such cases, these third parties may use Personal information for their direct marketing purposes. SECURITY
All information described above is stored on restricted database servers. Hopeful World processes payments through Authorize.net and uses SSL protocol to protect customer payment information. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Hopeful World may change this policy, but we will post any changes here, be sure to check in.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR ONLINE CLASSES
You can cancel your registration for a full refund within 48 hours of registration by sending an e-mail to us at help@hopefulworld.org.We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
A gift subscription is a one-time purchase. It cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable. The redeemer can cancel the subscription, but will not be eligible for a refund.
CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS FOR REFLECTIONS
You can cancel your registration for a full refund within 48 hours of registration for daily reflections or within two weeks of registration for weekly reflections by sending an e-mail to us at help@hopefulworld.org.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

You can cancel your registration any time by sending an e-mail to us at help@hopefulworld.org.
When you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
CANCELLATIONS BY US
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or product for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
CHANGES TO CONTENT OR ACCESS
We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.
