Odette is a trained chef, sought after storyteller and advocate for women who need to live in the full scope of their agency and personal power. Odette has extensive experience in creating cooperative circles to help women improve their confidence as well as their economic standing in their homes and communities. Odette is the author of Let’s Learn to Help Ourselves and Others, the personal account of a micro-finance project that she and her brother, Innocent created when they were seven and nine years old. Odette lives with her daughters Grace and Mutoni in Silver Spring, Maryland.
